At first I did not think your services would be as good as signing up with a realtor. Charlie talked me into it - and boy, was he right. You were so professional, always available to answer questions, always giving us the correct advice. I have recommended you to a few people already and I cannot see how anyone would go through a realtor and pay all that money. You let us decide what commission we would pay if a realtor sold our home - but we had as many people come without realtors and with realtors.

Just a note to thank you for your invaluable assistance in selling our home. Your take on the market and your strategy were absolutely CORRECT! Even in this market we felt in control!
First, we prepared our home like crazy and the virtual tour you provided was great! In our search for a new home, we've looked at quite a few, and none was better than the one you did of our home....we got lot's of positive feedback. As a matter of fact your conclusion that potential buyers are finding their homes on the internet was correct in our case....the new owners saw the tour on line themselves.
In listing our home we needed to make it stand out among the many beautiful homes for sale in our area. By listing with CyberSmart and paying a nominal sum for your professional services, we were able to offer the full commission to the broker who brought us a buyer. (A local broker wanted a traditional listing agreement of at least 6 months, preferably a year!) I followed Ed's advice and called local brokers during the week before our Open House, calling to bring their attention to the possibility of earning the same commission on our house as one twice it's value!
Although every MLSLI broker received the email of our listing.....THE ONLY AGENTS WHO CAME WERE FROM OFFICES I PERSONALLY CALLED. One of them brought us a second offer at our asking price. ED, you were right!

After trying to sell our home for 6 months with a "full service" broker, I realized that, if and when we sold our house, we would be paying thousands of dollars to the "listing" broker for doing little more than putting the house on the MLS. It just seemed like a waste of money. I saw an article in the Times that mentioned Cybersmart realty and spoke to Ed.
